Our Service and Process
Orders/Status Updates
- You can choose whether to send your initial repossession orders by e-mail or fax. With our advanced software system, we can view your order anytime to give you the latest status update and communicate it in the manner and frequency of your choice.
- After the first twenty-four hours and at least once every forty-eight hours thereafter, we will provide comprehensive status updates of each order and any investigative results.
Repossessions/Condition Reports
- We will provide you immediately with a repossession summary.
- We also offer to our clients the choice of using our designed condition reports, or we will be glad to customize a report to match yours.
Wrongful Repossessions
- Our software and communications links with our recovery agents in the field are set in place to reduce the number of wrongful repossessions due to bankruptcy filings, etc.
Storage
We offer ten days of storage free of charge to our lending clients in our storage facilities.
Transportation
Once we receive a release, we can arrange timely transportation or coordinate an appointment with your transportation choice.
Personal Property
We abide by the lender's policy. If there is none, we will store the property for a maximum of sixty days. All personal property is removed, inventoried, tagged and stored.
Insurance
We carry:
- Workers' Compensation covering our employees in accordance with statutory requirements applicable
- Comprehensive general liability, including Garage Liability, with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000).
- Liability with limits not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)
- Automobile liability for "any auto" with combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit per occurrence including coverage for uninsured and underinsured motorists.
- Garagekeepers liability for "any auto" with combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per accident on a direct-primary basis.
